Kaumatua Programme Coordinator

We are searching for a Kaimahi who is passionate about supporting whanau towards wellbeing.

Part-time hours – 2 days per week

Skills required include:

  • Experience and passion supporting whanau to achieve wellness
  • Advocacy
  • Knowledge of local networks
  • Willingness to learn
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge and/or experience of Tikanga Maori and cultural knowledge
  • Experience in working with whanau
  • Experience in programme development and facilitation

Responsibilities include:

  • Case management
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Programme facilitation
