Part-time Position (2-3 days per week)

We are searching for a team member for our Housing Repairs & Housing Workshop Team!

The main focus of the role will include case management, assessments, and service coordination.

Skills and knowledge required:

Knowledge and/or experience working in community
Experience in service coordination
Knowledge of local networks
Willingness to learn
Computer literacy
Passion in working with people
Working in a shared role – team player

Responsibilities may include:

Administration duties
Assessments
Working in a multi-disciplinary team
