We are searching for a team member for our Housing Repairs & Housing Workshop Team!
The main focus of the role will include case management, assessments, and service coordination.
Skills and knowledge required:
- Knowledge and/or experience working in community
- Experience in service coordination
- Knowledge of local networks
- Willingness to learn
- Computer literacy
- Passion in working with people
- Working in a shared role – team player
