Administation-Reception Duties

We are searching for a casual administrator for our reception area which includes covering our main administrator on reception duties when she is unavailable. The position is casual or a when required role.
Skills Required include:
Knowledge of Te Reo me ona Tikanga.
Experience and passion supporting whanau.
Willingness to learn.
High level of Computer Literacy.
Experience and/or qualifications in administration and/or previous experience in a reception role.
Responsibilities include:
Reception Duties – Answering the telephone, greeting whanau/manuhiri into the office, Upholding organisations values
Adminstration Duties – Ordering resources, Checking emails, In/Out Correspondence, Procsesing referrals, Completing Staff Minutes
